The exact stored Place ID is still operational, cocktail-bar/bar typed, titled Scuro and linked to the current Scuro Cocktail Bar owner domain. The official site carries current hours and a 2026 footer. The venue/profile and Places address say 11 while the independent guide says 11b; retain the stored address and record that unresolved suffix discrepancy rather than infer an equivalence.
