In an 8 May 2025 feature, OroGastronomico describes Vermuteria as a Palermo listening bar focused on vermouth, with vermouth cocktails, wines and accompanying food. It presents the venue as a new concept from the group behind I Corrieri.
Historical publisher feature · Checked 2026-10-09
OroGastronomico’s Redazione feature is dated 8 May 2025 and describes a planned 14 May opening, not a dated visit or current menu confirmation. Parsed text checked 9 October 2026 carried an eight-month crawl label. It lists Piazza Cattolica 5, while the retained site address is 1; this pass does not resolve that difference. Exact name, group and @vermuteria.icorrieri match.
