Makati, Philippines · Archive-inspired cocktail lounge · Asia
In Poblacion, Lee Watson’s Spirits Library pairs rare bottles, vintage glassware and historic bar books with cocktails inspired by Charles Baker’s 1939 travelogue, The Gentleman’s Companion.
