Shakerato is Eric van Beek's Amsterdam venture on Stadhouderskade, opened by the people behind Handshake Speakeasy in Mexico City after an 18-month delay, and it went straight into the Top 500 Bars at No. 124 in 2026. The list pairs Handshake signatures, the Paloma among them, with new creations led by the house Shakerato, a bitter apéritif shaken with yuzu sake. An early guest praised inventive cocktails, excellent hospitality and food that suits the drinks.
