Locale Firenze sets a forward-looking cocktail bar and restaurant inside a restored Renaissance palazzo. The bar uses local, seasonal produce, modern lab techniques and older Italian methods, while frescoed rooms, a courtyard and stone cellars make the historic building part of the experience.
