Gunpowder is an Assagao restaurant and bar described by its owner as ‘the peninsular kitchen,’ with a South Indian food focus. Its owner site still exposes menus and a table-reservation page, but a 2026 court report records the owner’s undertaking not to operate until a valid trade licence is obtained; present service status is unresolved.
