Bar Leather Apron is a tiny, polished dark-wood bar hidden on the mezzanine of a downtown Honolulu office building. Japanese bar precision meets Hawaiian hospitality and local, seasonal flavour through refined highballs, inventive Old Fashioneds, the kiawe-smoked E Ho'o Pau Mai Tai and a collection of roughly 500 whiskies.
