Alquímico occupies a three-storey historic house in Cartagena's Centro Histórico. Colombian ingredients lead the drinks: the first-floor Comunidad menu, second-floor Clásicos Alquimistas and third-floor Farm to Bar each offer a different angle. The terrace draws on ingredients from the bar's farm in Filandia, Quindío.
